Delete Your Chhittoo Account
This page allows users of the Chhittoo app to request deletion of their account and associated data, in accordance with Google Play policies and data protection standards.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account and associated data, please contact us at:
Email: servicechhittoo@gmail.com
Include: your registered phone number or email used in the Chhittoo app.
Once we verify your identity, we will begin the deletion process.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, we will erase:
Your profile information (name, contact details, saved addresses)
Order history and preferences
Saved locations
Any session tokens or authentication data
Retention Policy
Some data such as transaction records or legal compliance logs may be retained for up to 90 days as required by law (e.g., for taxation or fraud prevention).
No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your data has been fully removed.
